StdColors

StdColors = Color:  Sets the standard colors to be used when CLS is used 
without a color specification, and for LIST and SELECT if ListColors and 
SelectColors are not used.  Using this directive is similar to placing a 
COLOR command in 4START. 

StdColors takes effect the first time CLS, LIST, or SELECT is used after 
CMD.EXE starts, but will not affect the color of error or other messages 
displayed during the loading and initialization process.
