A$ is a string, LEN >= 1
X  is a number, [MININT,MAXINT]
B$ is a string, LEN >= 1
Y  is a number, [MININT,MAXINT]

===== Description =====

Opens a file for use. RANDOM requires LEN.

Open file number X.  A$ is the mode: "I", "O", "A", "R".  B$ is the file name.  Y is the record length.
