site indicated above.
Should we collect that they were proved to be illegal?
And, BTW, *who* is requesting the removal? Is it IBM that is joining in

If it turns out to be illegal (that needs court!) only the rightfull owner or
the legal system can start a process.

If they removed the files by being asked by someone other than IBM they
may very well have comitted a crime themselves...
