The Common toolbar contains the features that are common to all Corel Office for Java applications. It is located at the top of the desktop and contains the following buttons:
| The Menu button provides access to all menus in the active application.

| The New button opens the New Document flyout, which allows you to choose which
type of Corel Office for Java document you want to create.

| The Open button opens the Corel Office Open dialog box, which allows you to
browse for the file that you want to open.
| |
| The Save button opens the Corel Office Save As dialog box, which allows you to
choose a location and name for your file before saving it.
| |
| The Print button opens the Print: Generation Of Postscript File dialog box,
which allows you to choose a printer and print options for your document.

| The Send button opens Corel InfoCentral and attaches your active Corel Office
for Java document to an email message.

| The Cut button removes the current selection from your document and copies it
to the Clipboard.
| |
| The Copy button copies the current selection to the Clipboard.
| |
| The Paste button pastes the Clipboard contents into your document.
| |
| The Undo button reverses your last action. Some commands and actions cannot be
undone.

| The Redo button reverses the action of the Undo command. Some commands and
actions cannot be redone.

| The Zoom button changes the magnification of the document view. You can choose
from magnifications of 50%, 75%, 100%, 150%, and 200%.

| The Component button opens a flyout that allows you to choose which type of
Corel Office for Java application you want to insert into your document.

| The Font button allows you to change the font of the selected text.
| |
| The Font Size button allows you to change the font size of the selected text.
| |
| The Font Color button allows you to change the color of the selected text.
| |
| The Bold button applies the bold attribute to the selected text. If the bold
attribute is already applied to the text, the Bold button removes it.
| |
| The Italic button applies the italic attribute to the selected text. If the
italic attribute is already applied to the text, the Italic button removes it.
| |
| The Underline button applies underlining to the selected text. If the text is
already underlined, the Underline button removes it.
| |
| The Bullet button creates a bulleted list from the selected text.
| |
| The Align button aligns the selected text to the right, left, or center of the
page.
| |
| The Corel InfoCentral button opens Corel InfoCentral without closing the
active application.
| |
| The Help button opens the Corel Office for Java online Help for the active
application.
