I was so annoyed with the fact that the NUMLOCK key on my extended
keyboard was turned off by the OS/2 WPS, that I searched futilely for
a public-domain solution. Unfortunately, none of the "freeware"
solutions turned on the NUMLOCK for the WPS (the authors all wanted a
check).

So I wrote this little dumb utility, which does NOTHING but turn on
the NUMLOCK key for the current OS/2 window and the WPS. Stick it in
your STARTUP.CMD and forget it. If anyone needs more, let me know,
and I will try to accommodate you. Otherwise, it does what I need.

Several caveats: Don't run this while NUMLOCK is active, or you may
find that the state of the NUMLOCK and the state of the LED are out
of sync. This doesn't do anything for DOS VDMs, which OS/2 will
start up with NUMLOCK off (there are plenty of freeware solutions for
this, however).

Please distribute this file with the program, as otherwise, no one
will know how to use it.
