catclose closes a message catalog previously
opened by catopen. catd is
a message catalog descriptor returned by a previous call to
catopen.
Return Value
If the close is performed successfully, 0
is returned. Otherwise, -1 is returned indicating failure, which
may happen if catd is not a valid message catalog
descriptor.
The value of errno may be set to:
| EBADF | The catd argument is not a valid message catalog descriptor open for reading. |
