List Box Styles
Styles Tab
- The List Box Styles dialog allows you to
enter the text, styles, ID and value of the List Box you
are currently creating. There are Cancel and Enter buttons along the bottom of the dialog box.
Styles:
- Multiple Selection
selects multiple items within the List Box. This allows a
user to select multiple items from the list presented.
- User Redraw allows you to
draw the items within the List Box yourself. Consult the OS/2
Programmer's Reference for more information on
drawing list box items.
- No Adjust Position prevents
the list box from automatically moving or adjusting
itself when the list box items do not evenly fit within
the display area of the list box.
- Horz. Scroll: adds a
Horizontal Scroll Bar to the bottom of a List Box.
- Extended Selection
selects discontinuous ranges of items within the list
box. Extended selection works similar to multiple
selection except you use shift or control keys. The
control key allows discontinuous selection like multiple
selection. The shift key allows range selection as an
editor would. Note: Pressing the Ctrl key while
performing a selection allows you to add items or remove
items from the current group of selected items by
bypassing the initial de-selection.
