**Purpose**

Flushes cache buffers for a specific volume.

**Where**

//hVPB// is the handle to the volume for flush.   

^//flag// ^is used to indicate discarding of cached data.   ^
|//flag// == 0 |indicates cached data may be retained. |
|//flag// == 1 |indicates the FSD will discard any cached data after flushing it to the specified volume.   |
