installed the cmd utilities. I had a problem though. The file oso0001.msg was locked
and it wouln'd unlock it so I had to skip it.

I rebooted the system and everything seems fine (I get an error VX-REXX when I open a
ZIP object on eCS RC4, still is just a message because everything works fine). Now the dumb
question... what is this supposed to do?, where do the files go?, where is the readme?, how
do we test?, what do we test?... I know, that's more than one question

Actually, we need to make ToDo list for this package.

Now according Rexx package. Content is:

dll\regina.dll
dll\rexx.dll
dll\rexxapi.dll
dll\rexxutil.dll
dll\rexxmath.dll
rexxtry.cmd

All goes to ?:OS2. Now only 32-bit API supported (This means standard OS/2 CMD.EXE
doesn't work because it uses 16-bit REXX API).

Things to test:

1. Compatibility with existent applications (including list of application which has 16-bit api)
2. Conflicts with existent REXX scripts.
3. Conflicts with existent REXX extension DLLs.
4. Another bugs.

We also need to produce ToDo list for this package.

Third package Multimedia. Content is:

dll\mmioJPEG.dll
dll\mmioGIF.dll

All goes to ?:OS2. Things need to do:
1. Create REXX script or write tool on another language which will register these I/O
Procedures in MMPM/2 (like MINSTALL script).
